The corner room with a balcony provided stunning views and great natural light. The air conditioning unit was noisy, which was a bit annoying.

The room was spacious and clean with a stunning view and comfortable bed. The only downside was the lobby microwave situation; it was inconvenient to go wait in line to use it. a great place to stay.

The views from our corner room were stunning, and the beds? Pure bliss. We switched from a noisy superior king to a quieter two-queen setup without hassle, which made a world of difference. The location is unbeatable, with great restaurants like Zefferelli's right nearby. the elevators were painfully slow, often taking ages. A few more snacks in the lobby would’ve been nice too. Despite these quirks, we left feeling satisfied, with comfortable rooms and helpful staff making our stay memorable. Just be prepared for the elevator wait!

Huge corner suite with a balcony view! Room had all the basics like a coffee machine, flat-screen TV, and even a microwave. Kids loved the indoor pool. Spa was nice with a steam room and hot tub. Great location, tons of eateries nearby. Super comfy bed and clean facilities. Perfect spot for everything!

Our stay was fantastic as we were just a few steps away from Robson Street, where we found endless options for delicious food and great shops, allowing us to easily explore on foot and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of downtown; the spacious and clean rooms offered stunning views of the city and mountains, complemented by convenient amenities like a coffee maker and fridge, making our experience enjoyable and comfortable overall. it would have been nice to have a lounge with a bar and restaurant to unwind after a day of exploring.

The corner room was spacious with stunning views of the mountains and city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful sleep. A Nespresso machine added a nice touch, though clear instructions were lacking. The bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of space to maneuver. Temperature control could be an issue; the hallways felt too warm for comfort. While the indoor pool looked inviting, it was crowded with children. Noise levels were generally low, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere. The location was ideal, with easy access to dining and entertainment options just steps away.

Conveniently located, this hotel is a stone’s throw from an array of shops and restaurants. The free shuttle to the Capilano Suspension Bridge is a major plus. Staff at the front desk are exceptionally helpful. The bed? Unquestionably the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. The room was decent, with a beautiful view of English Bay from the 23rd floor. challenges exist. One elevator was out of service, leading to crowded conditions. The narrow corridors complicate luggage handling. The restaurant’s hours are perplexing, and we faced a significant delay when locked out. Prepare better for such incidents; guests shouldn’t sit in hallways. Attention needed on these points, but the positives certainly shine through.

Loved the fitness areas with a view to work out and stretch, perfect for my daily routine. Great location on Robson Street for shopping and dining, and the patio for people-watching is a plus.

I thoroughly enjoyed hearing elevator noises and people cutting in line at reception;

We enjoyed spacious, impeccably clean rooms with stunning views of the harbor. The in-house restaurant served delicious breakfast, and the staff were extraordinarily helpful. Plus, the central location made it easy to explore nearby dining and attractions.

Check-in was a letdown—no one helped with our six bags, and the guy at the front seemed perplexed when we requested a single bed. Really missing the warm welcomes I’ve had elsewhere. Disappointed overall.

The views from the room are truly amazing. The location is perfect, with awesome restaurants and shopping just steps away.

The internet is a bit slow, but not a deal breaker.

My friends and I had a total blast staying at this place during our epic Vancouver trip! We hit up the coolest spots like the hip cafes downtown and the rad rooftop bars. The room had killer views and the hotel staff were super chill and helpful.

If there was one thing I'd ask for to make this hotel even more lit for young party-goers, it would be a rooftop party area with a sick DJ spinning beats all night long! .

Great location, just steps from shops and restaurants. The view from the room was breathtaking with mountains and the bay.

A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Located in a vibrant and safe neighborhood, close to public transportation and popular coffee shops. Our room on the 11th floor had breathtaking city views, comfy beds, and a convenient water bottle refill station in the lobby.

Loud on lower floors due to elevator and street noises. The lack of available cots and unclear signage for the stairs were minor inconveniences.

The location was convenient, allowing us to walk to many attractions easily. The attached restaurant served delicious meals, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a large bathroom and efficient shower. there were a few drawbacks. The curtains in the room didn't close properly, letting in light that made it hard to sleep. The lack of a descriptive on-screen menu for the cable service was frustrating, and the bedsheets were too thin to keep me warm at night. there was an issue with my credit card being charged twice due to complicated payment procedures. Despite these issues, the positive aspects of the stay at Blue Horizon outweighed the negatives. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was ideal for exploring the city.

The spacious rooms with beautiful views were a hit with the kids. The pool and spa provided much-needed relaxation after long days exploring the city. The central location made it convenient to walk to restaurants and shops, creating lasting memories.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly amenities in the room.

During my Easter weekend stay, I was impressed by the hotel's ideal location right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the main shopping area and tourist spots on foot. The room I stayed in was spacious with all the necessary amenities, and the friendly staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

On the downside, the bathroom was a bit small and lacked sufficient space for changing, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the absence of a microwave oven in the room was a minor drawback.

From the moment we stepped foot into this hotel, we were impressed. The staff at the 24-hour reception were friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The lobby, with its comfortable sitting area and free Wi-Fi, was the perfect place to relax while waiting for the elevator. Our room, located on the upper level, had a balcony that offered a stunning view of the city. The modern amenities, such as the flat-screen TV and electric kettle, added a touch of convenience to our stay. The prime location on Robson Street made exploring downtown attractions a breeze, and the nearby shuttle stop made getting to the suspension bridge a cinch. Additionally, having a variety of fantastic restaurants within walking distance was a major plus.

That the restaurant was closed for a light snack when we arrived late due to a flight delay.
